Fundraising Opportunities

Fundraising should be just that --- Fun and Fund! What better way to enjoy yourself and make money for your organization than to sell a product that your customer will be happy to buy.

Whispering Gardens Candle Company believes that fundraising should be made as simply as possible so our program consists of just 5 easy steps.

1. Decide what dates you want for your fundraiser (a start date and end date.) 2 - 3 weeks of selling works well for most groups.

2. Notify us as to the total number of sellers and we will supply you with our fundraising brochure for each participant. (Our brochure has pictures on one side and order form on the other).

3. The person in charge recaps the number of candles ordered on the Whispering Gardens Candle Company recap sheet.

4. The person in charge sends Whispering Gardens Candle Company the recap form and total payment for candles ordered to us. (Do not send us all of the order forms - only the recap form. You will need the originals for delivery to your customers.) You send us payment for the candles and you keep your 50% profit.

5. Whispering Gardens Candle Company will ship your products 2 - 3 weeks from the time we receive the order and payment.

What will we be selling? You will be selling our 6.5 oz container candle and our 12 oz container candle in all 10 of our best selling scents: Creamy Vanilla, Cucumber Melon, Meadow, Love, Pumpkin Patch, Dickens Christmas, Sweet Pea, Sunfresh Linen, Cinnamon Bun, and Apple Cinnamon. The 6.5 oz container sells for $8.00 and the 12 oz container sells for $15.00. You will make 50% on each sale.
